Chrome Shop

Graybill Chrome was established in 1984 by Vic and Marcialea Graybill. We began our business in a small shop right off interstate I-29 at the exit 110, Rock Port Missouri. Our vision for the company was to provide our customers with low price and high quality chrome products and shop services. With only a handful of employee's to start, within ten years our business had grown nationwide. Our products range from the smallest of nut covers to the largest of turbo wings. For every truck type, we have various vendors that use the finest stainless steel and chroming techniques to manufacture a selection of high quality products. 

In 2009, we opened GraybillChrome.com to provide more opportunities to come into contact with customers, especially new ones! Our website provides 24/7 access to our products and to place orders. We are dedicated to meeting the needs and wants of the thousands of truckers out there. We not only want your business online, but to chat with you in-person at our shop in Rock Port Missouri.

In April 2014, Doug and Pam Peters purchased the business from the founder, Vic Graybill. He brought a new face to the legendary name and a great business mindset. He's kept the quality and expectations of great workers, always eager to help find what you are looking for and more. As we acquire new products at great prices through partnering with our vendors, keep checking our site for updates. We want to pass on these savings to our customers, whether it be in-store or online. As a company, we strive to make long term commitments to our customers in terms of price, selection, and knowledgeable staff.

Service

Although we started in a small shop, we have since built a new extraordinary shop right by our previous one. It is wide-open, with five-bays (two include oil pits), in addition to the attached Chrome shop. We offer a variety of services, from oil changes to tire repair. We have experienced employees that have the knowledge and tools to meet all your repair needs. Please see our complete list of services for more information!

We also have three fully functional service trucks. Rain, snow, or heat we are available to help truckers at the weigh stations and on the side of the road. We also stock many different sizes of tires, new and used.

Our Chrome shop supports our superior chrome installation. Online we show our Ultimate Chrome options, which include Bumpers, Fenders, Visors, Stacks, etc. These are all items we install on site in addition to countless more.

Shipping

Currently we are only shipping to USA and Canada. If you give us a call at 660-283-0661, we can work out specifics to ship internationally.

Shipping costs depends on the products ordered and the distance to ship.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
