WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. Custom items are not returnable. Another option is an even exchange.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
CREDIT for returns?
Your credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received LESS our 20% restocking fee.
